If you like Tabouli, you'll love Fatoush! Serves 6-8
Dressing
1. Chop parsley
medium fine. Take the leaves off of the stems of the mint
and basil. Chop tomatoes into small cubes (ca. 3/4 " in diameter).
3. Remove leaves and stems from radishes and chop into slices. 4. Chop green pepper into 1/2"wedges. 5. Chop onion into wedges, then into thin, long slices. 6. Separate pita into two round halves and toast in the oven until crispy. 7. Keep pita aside until right before serving. Combine ingredients of dressing and let marinate for about 1 hour. 8.
